Merchant Services
Due to changes in Merchant Services & Secure Card Payment data Industry, for every Non-Secure Transaction Card validated with a signature or taken over the phone and not by key in your Pin Number in our merchant outlet you will be charged 50p per transaction.
Notice on Cheques
Due to bank charges, we No Longer Accept Payment by Cheque.
Our preferred Method of Payment is by Cash or Debit/Credit Cards (except Amex, diners & diamonds).
Refunds
If you change your mind about any product you have bought, please bring it back within 7 days of purchase unopened and unused and in its original packaging.
Please provide Receipt or Proof of purchase.
This is not Applicable to Ghd Irons, Dryers, Hair Brushes.
Deposit & Cancellation
30% Deposit is required on bookings exceeding 2hrs.
48hrs Notice is required for cancellations or 100% of Service Cost will be charged.
